(EASTON, PA), October 12, 2021– The Brown-Daub Family of Dealerships has announced that their monthly grant recipient is the Bob Swick Memorial Fund, selected by the committee to receive a check in the amount of $3800.

Bob Swick was a beloved, long time Brown-Daub employee who passed away suddenly in 2020.  His engaging personality, charm and wit will forever be remembered by all who knew him, especially those who worked alongside of him at Brown-Daub Volvo in Nazareth.  The Bob Swick Memorial Fund has been established in Bob’s memory to reward a deserving local graduating high school student each year.

On hand to accept the donation was Bob’s wife, Maureen and son Carson.  The check was presented by Thomas A. Daub, President, Brown-Daub Family of Dealerships, along with Bob’s former co-workers: Dawn Osmun, Service Director, Brown-Daub Volvo/Hyundai, Laura Lueders, Chairperson of the Brown-Daub Charities Committee, and Chris Bragg, Sales Manager, Brown-Daub Volvo.

“This presentation was perhaps even more special for us because Bob meant so much to our Brown-Daub family.  Having been with us over 30 years, he created relationships and memories that will never fade, and it’s an absolute honor to be able to help establish a memorial scholarship in his memory,” commented Thomas A. Daub, 3rd generation President of the Brown-Daub Dealerships.  “Each time a donation is presented in his memory it gives us a chance to remember his upbeat personality, his sense of humor and his dedication.”

Brown-Daub Charities donates a portion of the proceeds of every vehicle sold to local charitable organizations.  To date, the program has issued grants in excess of $155,045 and given 7 vehicles to local charities.
